Debbie Reda se formó en Diseño y Producción de Moda en la Universidad de Buenos Aires, en
Marketing en la Universidad de Palermo y en Curaduría y Gestión Cultural en la
Universidad Eseade de Buenos Aires. Estudió Ilustración con reconocidos ilustradores
argentinos y colombianos y tomó clases con maestros de pintura y dibujo argentinos.
Participó en residencias artísticas internacionales y ferias de arte. Su obra pertenece a
colecciones de varios países como Argentina, Inglaterra, China, Estados Unidos y España.
Su trabajo, cita el juego y recuerdos de su infancia. Tomando registro de la influencia del
Art Brut, el fenómeno de la repetición es una constante en su obra. Su Monster Collection
es su serie más figurativa, en donde la abstracción cobra vida convirtiéndose en
personajes que reflejan con humor e ironía, diferentes estados de ánimo y circunstancias
de la vida cotidiana.
