With his slogans, Ángel Guache fuses the two facets of his art in a single and resounding expression. Painter and poet, since the publication in 1979 of his book Apariciones, illustrated by gestural calligraphies that he himself had made, different lines succeed each other in his creation that, over the years, draw a varied and complex but deeply personal territory.
Angel Guache Alvare, poet of good humor, in Piano, piano, as in some of his previous books, builds a bridge between certain avant-garde forms and the sources of the popular.
